This tamil New year will not be forgotten in our lifetime due to COVID - 19. The entire world under lockdown which was not happened in the history. Many have lost their jobs, plans and lives too.
It is also a natural hazards like drought, flood, tsunami etc. We need not get fear if we take precautions given by governments. And we got the best opportunity to spend time with our family more than a month.
Everyone says that they are suffering from insufficient time. But now get the golden time to sharpen the axe as said by Abraham Lincoln. In this time you cannot cut a tree but you can sharpen your axe. So that this is the best time of your life.
Here the challenge is we have the golden time now but not getting ideas to develop ourselves. I have some tips for you to use this time on this Tamil New Year.
First one is spend your golden time with your family. In our normal days, we work for family but not spending time with family. So now we have time to spend for them and also with them.
Second one is improve your personal and professional skills. But the challenge is how to identify our skills. I have one idea to identify your professional skills.
On this new year, prepare a resume at your own from scratch. Yes. Preparing resume only will lead you to identify about you and guide you to your path. You need not to change job or nothing else. You may be employer or house keeper etc. But prepare a resume about you.
Then only you can identify your skills and weakness. Then you can choose your way to your world after COVID - 19. Identify your weakness from that resume and develop in the golden time. Because preparing resume is the sharpening of axe. You can sharpen your skills by preparing resume and improve your skills identified from resume. If you follow this thing, finally after COVID - 19, you can find your path and cut every trees in your path.
And final one is stay at home. Everyone has dream. Our dreams are just postponed. To achieve your dreams, you need wait to pass this time.
So be safe, stay at home, celebrate this Tamil New year with your family.
